Using music to
help you grow

Does life sometimes feel «out of tune»?

Sometimes, traditional therapy may not be enough to express ourselves the way we need to.

Whether you are personally facing mental health challenges, having relationship difficulties, navigating the world with autism, recovering from a traumatic brain injury, it can feel like we’ve lost our rhythm.

Who we
work with…

Mental Health Disorders/Psychiatric Care

When someone is struggling with a mental health diagnosis like depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder, music can help express tough emotions. I provide one-on-one and group music therapy to support people with these challenges.

Traumatic Brain Injury/TBI

A brain affected by a severe injury is a damaged one. Music therapy can help stimulate neural connections, improve memory, boost executive functions, and ultimately enhance the overall quality of life for those impacted by brain injury.

Assisted Living Facilities (ALF centers)

When working with clients who have memory challenges, music acts as a powerful tool to activate the brain. Playing familiar tunes from their younger years helps spark memories and stimulates neural pathways associated with those songs.

Autism – Children and Adults

Autism is unique in each case. Whether a client is nonverbal, verbal, or needs high or low support, music serves as a universal language. Through sessions, clients can communicate via improvisation, songwriting, and explore their feelings through music.
